We meet in person or by video call. You tell us how you have imagined that day, even if for now it is only an idea, a wish or a feeling. We listen, we ask questions, and we tell you how we work, staying beside you through every stage of the planning.
From what you have told us your event begins to take shape: the place, the season, the atmosphere, and the way you wish to live — and to let your guests live — every moment, from the arrival until the end of the event. We do not start from a model to be repeated: we build a project around you, one that grows and takes its shape together with you, until it truly represents you.
We choose with care every collaborator we bring to you: flowers, catering, music, lighting, photography, logistics. We visit the venues, set the timing and the priorities, and plan alternatives in case of bad weather. Throughout the whole journey we keep you constantly informed, sharing every choice and every development of the project.
We are there. We welcome and coordinate the suppliers, we keep the timing, and we make sure that every professional works in tune with the others towards one shared aim: the success of your day — not a date on their calendar, but an occasion that matters. We handle whatever arises behind the scenes of a large production, so that everything keeps flowing as planned.
